School Event Tips for Hiawassee
Quick tips from the folks who deliver it.
What's best for a big field day crowd?
Dual-lane obstacle courses keep lines moving because kids race side by side. A dry slide makes a big centerpiece without water, and the trackless train is a hit with younger grades. Call 828-827-5669 and we'll help you plan by grade and crowd size.
Can you set up on a school field, blacktop or in the gym?
Tell us about the spot when you call: field, blacktop or gym. School gyms can work well when there's enough floor space, ceiling height and power, and we'll recommend units that fit the room.
Do you work with PTAs and booster clubs?
Yes. We help PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs and teachers put on fall festivals, fun-run fundraisers and end-of-year celebrations. Call 828-827-5669 with your date and plans for a rental quote.
What about end-of-year and fall festival events?
End-of-year celebrations in May and fall festivals in October are popular times for school events, so book as soon as your date is set.
How do you keep kids safe?
When we set up, our crew walks your staff and volunteers through the safety rules for each unit. Inflatables are never used in high winds or lightning, and every unit is cleaned after every rental.

School Event FAQ
What people want to know before they book.
What rentals work best for a school field day?
Obstacle courses are the field day favorite, especially dual-lane courses where kids race side by side. Dry slides and combos add a big centerpiece, and the trackless train is great for younger grades. Call 828-827-5669 and we'll help you plan by grade and crowd size.
Can you set up inflatables in a school gym?
Often, yes. School gyms can work well when there's enough floor space, ceiling height and power. Tell us about the room when you call, and we'll recommend units that fit.
Do you work with PTAs, PTOs and booster clubs?
Yes. We love helping PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs and teachers put on fall festivals, fun-run fundraisers and end-of-year celebrations. Call 828-827-5669 with your date and plans, and we'll put together a rental quote.
What happens if it rains on field day?
Inflatables are never used in high winds or lightning. If the forecast looks rough, call us and we'll talk through your options, including an indoor setup if your gym works. Weather looking rough? Let us know by the day before your event and you'll get a rain check good for 1 year. Need to cancel for another reason? Let us know at least 7 days ahead and you'll get the same 1-year rain check.
Who watches the inflatables during the event?
Your staff and volunteers supervise the kids. When we set up, our crew walks them through the safety rules for each unit so everyone knows what to do.
