School Event Tips for Robbinsville
Plain answers, no fine print.
What's best for a big field day crowd?
Start with a dual-lane obstacle course so two kids go at once, then add a dry slide as the centerpiece. The Mountain Majestic Express is great for the little ones. Tell us your grades and headcount and we'll suggest a lineup.
Can you set up on a school field, blacktop or in the gym?
It depends on the space, so describe it when you call. A gym can work when there's enough floor space, ceiling height and power; we'll match units to what you have.
Do you work with PTAs and booster clubs?
Absolutely. PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs and teachers book with us for festivals, fundraisers and end-of-year days. Call with your date and we'll put together a quote.
What about end-of-year and fall festival events?
May end-of-year days and October fall festivals fill the calendar fast. Lock in your date early.
How do you keep kids safe?
Our crew goes over the safety rules for each unit with your staff at setup. We never run inflatables in high winds or lightning, and units are cleaned after every rental.

School Event FAQ
The questions Robbinsville families ask us most.
What rentals work best for a school field day?
Obstacle courses are the field day favorite, especially dual-lane courses where kids race side by side. Dry slides and combos add a big centerpiece, and the trackless train is great for younger grades. Call 828-827-5669 and we'll help you plan by grade and crowd size.
Can you set up inflatables in a school gym?
Often, yes. School gyms can work well when there's enough floor space, ceiling height and power. Tell us about the room when you call, and we'll recommend units that fit.
Do you work with PTAs, PTOs and booster clubs?
Yes. We love helping PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs and teachers put on fall festivals, fun-run fundraisers and end-of-year celebrations. Call 828-827-5669 with your date and plans, and we'll put together a rental quote.
What happens if it rains on field day?
Inflatables are never used in high winds or lightning. If the forecast looks rough, call us and we'll talk through your options, including an indoor setup if your gym works. Weather looking rough? Let us know by the day before your event and you'll get a rain check good for 1 year. Need to cancel for another reason? Let us know at least 7 days ahead and you'll get the same 1-year rain check.
Who watches the inflatables during the event?
Your staff and volunteers supervise the kids. When we set up, our crew walks them through the safety rules for each unit so everyone knows what to do.
