Thanksgiving Ideas for Young Harris
Straight answers from your local party rental crew.
What keeps the cousins busy while dinner cooks?
A bounce house or combo in the yard, set up where the grown-ups can see it from the porch or kitchen window. The cousins burn off energy before the meal, and again after the pie.
Is a bounce house a good idea for a Friendsgiving?
It's one of the easiest ways to make a Friendsgiving kid-friendly. A bounce house plus some yard games keeps the little guests busy, and our Friendsgiving blog post has setup ideas.
Can a church or community group rent the train for a Thanksgiving event?
Absolutely. The trackless train loops a flat parking lot or field while families line up for the meal, and kids ride right aboard. Call 828-827-5669 and we'll put together a rental quote for your Young Harris group.
What about late-November weather in the mountains?
Expect cold mornings, short days and maybe some frost or wind. We stick with dry units this time of year, and kids bounce just fine on a cool, dry day. Inflatables are never used in high winds or lightning, so call us if the forecast looks rough.
When should we book for Thanksgiving week?
Early. With Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26, lots of Young Harris families will want the same few days. Holiday and peak rates may apply, so ask when you call 828-827-5669.
