Christmas Ideas for Webster
Straight answers from your local party rental crew.
Can we rent a trackless train for a Christmas parade in Webster?
Yes. The Mountain Majestic Express is parade-ready at about 5 mph, a normal parade pace, and kids ride right aboard down the route. Every parade has its own route and lineup rules, so we talk through the route and staging with your organizers first.
What works for a tree lighting or community Christmas night?
Give families something to do while they wait for the lights: kids ride the trackless train around a flat lot, park or closed street. Add a daytime inflatable if you're starting early.
Which rentals fit a church Christmas program or company party?
Church programs, school parties and company family nights all pair well with train rides. If you want an inflatable for the kids' area, the Christmas Wonderland mega combo fits the season. We'll put together a rental quote for your Webster event.
What is the Christmas Wonderland mega combo?
It's our Christmas-themed bounce and slide combo, made for holiday parties and daytime community events. See it on the Christmas Wonderland item page, then call to check your date.
How does cold December weather affect rentals?
Mountain Decembers are cold and the days are short. Plan inflatable time for daylight, and remember inflatables are never used in high winds, lightning or icy conditions. If you're moving indoors, describe your space when you call and we'll recommend a unit.
When should Webster groups book for December?
The earlier the better. Christmas weekends fill quickly, and parade groups should reach out in October to sort out routes and staging. Call 828-827-5669 to check your date.
